About this project

A consultancy firm wanted to replace their paper evaluation forms and interviews with a quick, effective and visually attractive online survey. For this we first shared insights on the dynamics of customer feedback as a basis to develop the right questions together. These were then integrated into an existing survey portal which the client could adapt to all projects applicable.
